Entry deadline is Wednesday, June 11,
2008. Check-in on June 14th will be between 7:30-8:00 am, with the
first matches starting at 8:15 am. Teams arriving after play begins
will forfeit missed matches. Entry fee will be $80.00 per team. Each
registered participant will receive a t-shirt. Participants must be 16
years of age or older.
Make checks payable to St. Paul the
Apostle Church. Send entry form and fee to: Attention: Elizabeth
